My priorities when working with buyers are to first understand their specific needs, and then to provide them with the knowledge and information to make an informed decision. I aim to act as an advisor, always keeping my buyers' best interests in mind, and never as "salesperson" trying to push a sale.
I work with sellers to present their property in the best light based possible and specific sales strategy developed depending on the nature of their property and current market conditions. For most homes, this involves property prep, staging, professional photography & videography, and marketing. I don't believe in simply throwing a property on the market and hoping for the best.
